Day 1

So we went for the much anticipated trip to Green River camping. It is the best place to go.... period. It was hard to narrow down pictures of the trip (I took almost 200), so I just decided I would add a few posts for it. I get a little carried away with pictures. I have a lot of awesome footage on video, but for some reason (maybe its because I suck at computer stuff), I can't download them right now. I will try to do it later.

We left Wed night after work and we were soooooo worried about the weather because it was SNOWING when we left. It all turned out ok and we had the best time.

On our ride on Thursday

We took our new trailer for the first official trip. All worked great except our water heater.... but who needs hot water? We want to buy a flat screen tv for the trailer, but settled with my old TV for this trip.

Brett told me not to put it on the couch... but I did.... and this happened about 10 min into the trip! OOPS!

Brian chillin in the shade.... waiting for someone to drop him some liccorice

Day 2

Friday's weather was a little cooler and windy. We went on a ride that was really fun.

If you know my brothers, they never do anything halfway- its all or nothing. They don't like to go "the girly way".

Again- never the easy way

A group photo. We ended up climbing in the slot canyon behind us on Sat. (refer to the next post)

Us on our ride
Because it was a little cold and windy on Friday we all ate in Brent's trailer. It was a little cozy in there.

Ty and Roxy

Day 3

Saturday was great weather and we went for a ride to the Green River- about a 6 hour ride. It was so much fun
Lacy
Along the way

We hardly go on a trail, and sometimes things are a little scary

A group picture at the Green River. We are getting really good at the self-timer feature on our cameras. Brett thinks the rides would be 1/2 as long if all the girls left the cameras home!

We found a little slot canyon and had to explore

It doesn't get any prettier than this!

Random Pictures

It seems we have been very busy lately, and I have been trying to take lots of pictures with my new camera (but I'm still trying to figure it out)

Taylor had baby Sarah in Feb. and we just recently went to see her and she is so cute.
Ryan and Amanda

Fred in the Ranger

Brittany riding. Brittany's birthday is tomorrow.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRITTANY!

Wow, I must have caught Brett by surprise because he never smiles for the camera! I think he was trying to swat me away with that paper in his hand.

Last weekend we went to Pocatello for the National Circuit Finals Rodeo and had a lot of fun. We missed mom and Fred. Get well Fred, we love you guys!

We are headed this week down camping with the whole family (minus mom and Fred, who is still recovering) down to Green River. I had a cool post last fall of the area we are going to. Stay tuned for some pictures.

Fat Horses

Need I say more???
I am embarrassed to admit I have turned into a fair weather rider, but now that spring is kindof here I have major spring fever.

I am also happy to report that I took these pictures WITH MY NEW CAMERA!!! I couldn't resist myself at Costco and just went ahead and bought it.
