We did Whitney and Chris's engagements today and it was so fun. I think I took enough photos it may take me a year to edit them. :)

It was so much fun, and as promised, here are a few so far.

Chris is an awesome guy and I can't wait until he is officially a part of our (somewhat crazy) family. He has been warned, and now the pics are done there is no backing out now. :)

Tyson and his Truck- Pics

I have been waiting for this for a long time- and I really didn't want to screw it up. My nephew Tyson, who is 16, fully restored a '48 Chevy truck and it is so awesome!

For anyone who knows Tyson, this was definitely out of his comfort zone (the photoshoot), but he was so cooperative and was up for anything.

I LOVE THIS TRUCK!- Oh, and Tyson too. :)

Yay for Yard Work

This post has been a long time in the making. We FINALLY started our yard, and man are we in for it!

We have been slaving away for days, and have most of our pipe for our sprinklers laid.

While I have envisioned a phenominal yard, like the ones you see on Yard Crashers (DIY channel of course), complete with full flagstone, pergolas, water features, etc. Brett assures me ours will probably not look like theirs. But I have not lost hope for my dream yard, so we will see what happens.

Bryan caught (and killed) a Vole in our trenches, and ever since he has been stalking the trenches looking for more. This is a picture of him digging at "Vole Holes"

Brett's friend Taylor helped us today and he couldn't believe how many pics of bryan I took- he said we needed a kid. lol
