Well here goes another post

Because my computer has been acting up lately, you must scroll to the bottom of this post if you want any reading material.

Ok, I am determined to blog more. So much has happened the last couple months, I won't post pics of everything. I will just name a few:

-Me, Becky, and Lorrie all survived another 1/2 marathon, this time the Hobblecreek Half. While I can't speak for anybody else, I am done - I almost threw my shoes out the window on the way home (to prove it we didn't even do the Turkey Trot this year!) But I did manage to cut almost 10 min off my time from last year, so that was a positive.

- It was fun to get together for Brett's Grandpa Marx's big birthday party and reunion in August

- Me and Brett's birthdays are close and we always do fun things for that.

- We went on several awesome camping trips, and we went deer hunting this year and had fun- but no deer.

- We've been staying busy going to numerous ropings and barrel races and so far are enduring the cold weather riding.

- I have developed a newfound interest in Pinterest..... mostly because I love new recipes, and I hate to admit this, but I have even attempted a few crafts I've see on there...

- We have been staying busy with lots of friends, some new and some old, and of course our awesome families- who we are so grateful for.

-As for work we are both staying really busy, and for that I am always grateful.

-Oh, and I went on a 9 girl getaway to Cabo in Oct and it was soooo fun. May as well post a few pics of that trip. If you haven't ever been to Cabo, you should- it was so awesome. The weather was so nice, the water perfect, the company better, and our resorts were spectacular. I say resorts because we stayed an extra day due to an overbooking at the airline, and they put us at the Barcelo there, which was incredible. I just wish they would have overbooked us a few more days......

These next few weeks are going to be busy for us, so stay tuned.....

Where to start.... I suppose Lake Powell

Well I really need to catch up on blogging, so here goes.

I was going to just go one big post for everything, but then decided Lake Powell deserved its own post.

I LOVE LAKE POWELL! I pretty much grew up in the summers on Lake Powell, and know it like the back of my hand (Wahweap anyway). I spent nearly every birthday there, but last year opted for San Diego with Shalice and Dusty instead.

It was nice to spend my Birthday there again (my 31st) with my family and husband.

It really was their idea... to just be dragged by the boat.

Lacy did awesome!

Ah, Spyglass! The best home away from home!
