Bryan and Lorrie's night

Lorrie and Bryan had their reception after Christmas. They got married in Jamaica on Dec 1st. Lorrie and Brittany both looked amazing.

Ski/Snowboarding Trip

Whew, where to begin. I have so many pictures to post from the holidays, so here we go. Last Saturday, Me, Shalice, Tyson, and Brady went to Sundance to ski (Brady and Tyson were snowboarding). We got everything ready the night before, and took off.
Well, I wore my mom's 20+ year old ski boots because mine were too tight, and they ended up KILLING my feet! After a run down the mountain with our skis, me and Shalice went and rented a snowboard, something we haven't ever tried... and we loved it!!! Now we can't wait to go again.
Oh, and some weasel stole my ski poles!!!

This is Shalice before we traded our skis for snowboards
On our way to trade

This is what we looked like on our first trip down the mountain with the snowboard, then it got better

Oh, and we saw Robert Redford... and he cut in line (who does he think he is????)

Vegas and such

Last weekend we went to Las Vegas for the NFR. We haven't been to the finals for a few years, and really wanted to go this year. We got really cheap rooms and had so much fun. Its always nice to get away

This is us at the hotel by the Chrismas tree. (I wish my tree looked that good)
At Breakfast Friday

We went to the trade show and found this really cool recliner swing. We didn't have the $1000 they wanted for it or I would have bought it!

I college rodeod with Nichole Kamanski, who had this booth there. She does all the artwork herself and I was very impressed. She used to always tell me she wanted to paint my horse (Lindy), and I kinda blew her off.... now I can't afford her!!!
Some more of her stuff

Now relax.... its "art"
We're just enjoying it!!!

This is my tree at my house... nothing like my sister Becky's, or my aunt Marcie's. But its my first year with actual ornaments... well at least a few.

Bryan hanging out
This is my new (well new to me... thanks KSL.com) treadmill. Although you can't tell, we have been using it a lot. If anyone ever comes to my house and I have something hanging on it... shoot me!!! (and don't look at the very dirty window in the background)

And finally, us at the Jazz game, and the actually won that night!!! Go Jazz, and thanks to mom and Fred for always hooking us up with great tickets!!

Well that's what we have been up to lately

Congrats Lorrie and Bryan

Lorrie and Bryan are getting married a week from today (Dec 1) in Jamaica. We wanted to go, but everytime we found ourselves ready to book the trip, our money pit of a home didn't allow us :(
Congratulations to them
Lorrie had a shower last week at Bryan's moms and it was really fun. I got her a crock pot so now she can start to forgive me for throwing her other one away!! - it was an accident, by the way

Fun

We went last weekend with my friend Crystal to watch the BYU-Utah game and had a lot of fun. I have been great friends with Crystal since 2001 and she's the best.

I also dyed my own hair last week to save money ($130 vs. $5.50) and I think I did a great job! I told Brett I wanted to go to hair school (as a joke), and he said after he goes to rodeo bum school :)

That time of year

I don't know about everyone else, but the next few photos are what's happening at our house. With daylight saving time over (or beginning, I never know) and we are NOT fans of winter, we are ready to hibernate!

There is no doubt that Brian will make himself comfortable

Sunset looking out our front door

Well at least we can watch the Jazz (4-0 so far).
